A Little More About Me...

I was looking for more than a quick fix or a diet book. I wanted to make lifelong changes.

For over 20 + years, I was known in the corporate world as the Sales Turn Around Queen. I have worked all over the world as a successful sales executive and consultant helping to turn under performing sales teams around. Now, how did I do this? I applied a proven strategy that works.

You are probably wondering what that has to do
with weight loss and health coaching.

Well, this was a very stressful way for me to make a living and I was never really happy. I was on and off airplanes, staying in hotels, living on fast food, restaurant food or room service. Before I knew it, I was almost 15 pounds over weight for my body type. I was always bloated; my skin dull and breaking out a lot and I never seemed to have enough energy. I was ashamed of how I looked and felt that everyone judged me. I was always moody and had anxiety….My flat stomach was gone…. I attributed this to being over 40. I mean isn’t normal to gain at least an extra 10 – 20 pounds when we get into our 40’s or as we age in general?

At my next annual medical visit, my doctor discovered a large mass on my right ovary. It was the size of an orange. I feared that I had ovarian cancer…usually terminal within 5 years. After blood tests, sonograms and an MRI, I found myself being schedule for surgery. It was 2 weeks before Christmas…They could not tell if it was cancerous or not.

During surgery, the tumor was removed along with both of my ovaries, my uterus and cervix and I was put into forced menopause…There was no chance of me ever having my own child. This is a personal loss that haunts me to this day but I am so grateful and blessed that the tumor turned out to be benign. Thank GOD!!

When I asked my gynecologist how this happened or what causes such a mass to grow in my body, she said she doesn’t know and be grateful that I did not have cancer… I found that answer to be frustrating and unacceptable. I just allowed my doctor to completely remove my whole reproduction system and she had NO idea… are you kidding me??

I was never given the opportunity to try to heal this before being scared into surgery…

As a result, I decided from that day forward to take my health into my own hands and explored more than 100 dietary theories and became a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach.

I was certified by the Sears Wellness Institute and studied under Dr. William Sears, Harvard Educated Medical doctor.

I have researched and applied the teachings of Dr. Mark Hyman who is the Medical Director at Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Functional Medicine, the Founder of The Ultra-Wellness Center, and a ten-time #1 New York Times Bestselling author.

I am also a Certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach, with over 100 hours of core training for 30 time-tested strategies to help my clients, no matter what the obstacles are.

After learning what I know now about the foods we eat and the beverages we drink every day, I now know that what I was eating and drinking was the direct cause of my health issues and I have scientific proof that the foods we eat and the beverages we drink are responsible for most weight and health related diseases and are KILLING us and our families.

I teach you how and what to eat so you can quickly and easily implement a healthy lifestyle in a very busy, over stimulated and convenience based society that is backed up my science.
